These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SteveSIM's website and eSIM services. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

“SteveSIM,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the eSIM service provider.

“Customer,” “you,” or “your” refers to the individual or entity using our services.

“eSIM” refers to embedded SIM technology allowing digital activation of mobile data plans.

“Services” refers to our eSIM data plans, website, customer support, and related offerings.

“Plan” refers to any data package purchased through our platform.

2. Service Description

SteveSIM provides digital eSIM data plans for international travel and mobile connectivity. Our services include:

  • • Regional and global data plans
  • • High-speed mobile data connectivity
  • • Multi-country coverage options

Digital Delivery

  • • Instant eSIM profile generation
  • • QR code activation method
  • • Email delivery of credentials

Important Limitations:

Our eSIM plans provide data-only services. Voice calls and SMS are not included unless specifically stated. Services are subject to network availability and coverage limitations.

3. Eligibility and Account Requirements

3.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our services. Minors may use our services under parental supervision and consent.

3.2 Device Compatibility

You are responsible for ensuring your device supports eSIM technology and is unlocked for international use. Required specifications include:

  • • eSIM-compatible device (iPhone XS/XR or newer, recent Android devices)
  • • Device must be carrier-unlocked
  • • Active internet connection for initial setup

3.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of such information.

4. Purchase Terms and Payment

4.1 Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the selected currency and include applicable taxes. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

Prices may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

4.2 Payment Processing

We use secure third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount.

4.3 Failed Payments

If payment fails, your order will be cancelled. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for non-payment.

5. Service Delivery and Activation

5.1 Digital Delivery

eSIM credentials are delivered digitally via email immediately after successful payment. Delivery times may vary based on payment processing and system availability.

5.2 Activation Responsibility

You are responsible for properly installing and activating your eSIM according to provided instructions. Technical support is available for activation assistance.

5.3 Service Activation

Data services begin on your specified activation date or upon first use, whichever occurs first. Plans cannot be paused once activated.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services for:

  • • Illegal activities or violation of local laws
  • • Excessive usage that degrades network performance
  • • Sharing, reselling, or commercial redistribution of service
  • • Spam, malware distribution, or network attacks
  • • Circumventing security measures or technical limitations
  • • Activities that could harm our network or other users

Violation of this policy may result in immediate service suspension or termination without refund.

7. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

7.1 Network Dependency

Our services depend on third-party mobile networks. We cannot guarantee continuous coverage, speed, or availability in all locations.

7.2 Fair Usage

Plans may be subject to fair usage policies. Excessive usage may result in speed throttling or service limitations.

7.3 Technical Limitations

Service quality may vary based on location, network congestion, device compatibility, and local regulations.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Liability Limitations

Important Legal Disclaimers

9.1 Service “As Is”: Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9.2 Limitation of Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Consequential Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including lost profits or data.

9.4 Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are limited. Please refer to our detailed Refund Policy for complete terms and conditions.

Summary: Refunds may be available for technical failures, device incompatibility (if reported promptly), or duplicate orders. Once an eSIM is activated, refunds are generally not available.

11. steveCredits Loyalty Program

steveCredits is our loyalty rewards program that allows customers to earn and redeem credits on purchases. By participating in the steveCredits program, you agree to the following terms:

11.1 Nature of Credits

  • No Cash Value: steveCredits have no monetary or cash value whatsoever.
  • Non-Transferable: Credits cannot be transferred, sold, or given to another person or account.
  • No Payout: Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or paid out under any circumstances.
  • No Property Interest: Credits do not constitute property and you have no ownership or property interest in any credits.

11.2 Earning Credits

Credits may be earned through:

  • • Purchases on steveSIM (cashback based on your tier level)
  • • Promotional campaigns and bonus offers
  • • Referral program bonuses
  • • Special rewards and milestones

Earning rates and bonus structures are determined solely by SteveSIM and may change at any time without notice.

11.3 Credit Expiration

Important: Credits Expire

  • Expiration Period: Credits expire 12 months (365 days) after being earned.
  • FIFO Expiration: Credits expire on a “First In, First Out” basis — the oldest credits expire first, not your entire balance.
  • No Extensions: Expiration dates cannot be extended. Make purchases to use your credits before they expire.
  • No Compensation: We are not liable for any expired credits and will not provide compensation for expired credits.

11.4 Redeeming Credits

  • Eligible Purchases: Credits may only be redeemed for eSIM purchases on steveSIM.
  • Redemption Limits: Maximum redemption per order is limited based on your tier level (up to 50% of order value).
  • Minimum Redemption: A minimum credit balance may be required for redemption.
  • Conversion Rate: 100 steveCredits = $1 USD value. This rate may change at our discretion.

11.5 Tier System

Customers may progress through tier levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold, etc.) based on completed orders. Each tier provides different cashback rates and benefits.

Tier requirements, benefits, and cashback percentages are subject to change. We may also manually adjust or override tier assignments at our discretion.

11.6 Program Modifications

We reserve the right to: modify, suspend, or terminate the steveCredits program at any time without prior notice. This includes changing earning rates, redemption values, expiration periods, tier structures, and any other program features. In the event of program termination, we may provide a reasonable period for credit redemption but are not obligated to do so.

11.7 Account Freezing and Forfeiture

We may freeze or forfeit credits if we suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms. Credits may also be forfeited upon account termination or if obtained through unauthorized means.

11.8 Refunds and Credits

If an order paid with credits is refunded, credits used may be returned to your account at our discretion. Credits earned from a refunded order will be revoked.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 Our Rights: All website content, software, and technology are protected by intellectual property laws and remain our property.

12.2 Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

12.3 Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our technology or content without permission.

13. Termination

13.1 Termination Rights: Either party may terminate service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms.

13.2 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Outstanding obligations survive termination.

13.3 Data Retention: We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.

14.3 Alternative Resolution

We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication with our support team before pursuing formal legal action.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
